Terms & Conditions
General
- Angéla and Peter Immerzeel are the owners and administrators of guesthouse De Natureluur. In case they cannot be present themselves, they may be replaced by another person.
- The lessor will not be liable for any damages, loss or theft of the belongings of the tenant.
- Staying on our property at Molenweg 9 in Zevenhoven is at your own risk.
Reservation and confirmation
- The rental agreement can be entered oral, written and by e-mail.
- After a reservation is requested, you will receive a confirmation and a payment instruction. Payment must be met before arrival. We do not charge reservation costs and tourist tax.
Arrival and departure
- We, Angéla or Peter Immerzeel, are there to welcome you at the day of your arrival. We kindly ask you to arrive at the guesthouse between 14.00 pm and 21.00 pm, so we can make sure that we’ll be present. If possible, please contact us by phone to inform us of the estimated arrival time. Our telephone number is +316 53649835.
- On the day of your checkout, please leave the apartment between 6.00 am and 10.30 am.
- We do not refund in case of early departure.
Your stay
- Vehicles can be parked outside on the property, next to the apartment.
- unfortunately pets are not allowed because of our own pets.
- Parties not allowed
- Smoking is allowed outside but drugs are not tolerated.
